DLF Plans ₹60,000-Crore Residential Rollout, Goa Villas to Start Soon
Real estate major DLF has announced plans to launch residential projects worth over ₹60,000 crore over the next five years.
Among these developments is a high-end “by-invitation” project in Reis Magos, Goa — an ultra-luxury undertaking featuring around 62 villas, with each unit likely priced between ₹40–50 crore. Outlook Business The villas are to be constructed on a scenic 38-acre hill facing the Mandavi River.
DLF’s pipeline also spans other major real-estate hubs — including areas such as Gurugram, Panchkula, and Mumbai — signalling a large-scale expansion across luxury and premium housing segments.
With this ambitious launch strategy, DLF seems to be capitalizing on growing demand for high-end residential properties and positioning itself strongly across India’s luxury housing market.
