Google leases 6.17 lakh sq ft office space in Gurugram
Google has finalized one of the largest commercial real-estate deals of the year by leasing 6.17 lakh sq ft of premium office space at Atrium Place in Gurugram. The Grade-A commercial project, jointly developed by DLF and Hines, continues to attract global tech giants seeking high-quality infrastructure and strategic connectivity within the Delhi-NCR region.
This expansion reflects Google’s growing operational footprint in India. Earlier this year, the company also picked up an additional 5.5 lakh sq ft of workspace in Gurugram through a managed-office operator, signaling steady long-term investment in the country’s talent base and business environment.
The new lease at Atrium Place adds to a rising trend of robust commercial leasing in NCR, reinforcing Gurugram’s position as a preferred hub for technology, innovation, and global enterprise expansion.
